3 Reasons why we are giving you 100 GB of Free Migration to SharePoint 2010 for only the cost of Premier Maintenance

So you’re stuck using a legacy system - LiveLink, Documentum, eRoom, older version of SharePoint, or a number of legacy sources – and you want to migrate to SharePoint 2010. SharePoint 2010 - Web 2.0, Team Sites, Wikis, Blogs, Records Management & Information Management Policies - that bright, shiny, new Ribbon - and so much more! It’s so close, you can probably see your users collaborating in real time.  They’ll undoubtedly be showering you with long-deserved shouts of wonderment and praise.

But you can’t because the project isn’t a priority right now, you don’t have the right staff, it’s cost prohibitive and any number of other reasons. Well, the move is inevitable – so we want to remove some of these barriers and make this happen for you right now. We start by giving you 100 GB of FREE Migration and ask only for the cost of 1 year of premier maintenance. WHY, you ask? Well there are 3 reasons. The first, is that we are just as excited as you about SharePoint 2010 – maybe a little more. ;)

The second, is that a migration project gives us the opportunity to build a relationship with our customers! What better way to show off our superior 24/7 customer support than with a project that runs outside of business hours, including weekends. And when our customers call in and ask for help at any time, they will find themselves speaking to SharePoint specialists who can go beyond simple product questions and make recommendations that really help SharePoint administrators excel in their positions.

Finally, when we have lowered the barrier to use SharePoint 2010 cool new features and demonstrated that we are the ones you want to be with – long-term – then we start talking about SharePoint Management and how a complete end-to-end solution is essential for proper governance. We understand that businesses change and evolve, as such, so must SharePoint. SharePoint Administrators and Content Owners need to be able to adapt quickly to teams working in different geographic locations, restructuring of organizations, changes in compliance rules, audits, data must be archived, costs must be decreased, and so on! The SharePoint lifecycle is well beyond even our leading migration product – so yes, we are giving away 100 GB of FREE migration so that we can earn your business. Michael Sampson, in his article “AvePoint to SharePoint 2010 Wannabes: let Us Help You Get There”, was close – only the “Trojan Horse” is more like The Golden Apple, and it is more than our platform but also our service.
